Page 211: “The next entry from A is 6” should be changed to “The next entry from A is 5”

you are correct, thanks for pointing that out. the outcome is the same (since 5 and 6 are adjacent) but it’s clearly a bug, and i hope it did not confuse/frustrate you (and our other readers) too much,

thank you for your understanding, it’s been more like a software project than a book, with feature requests, branching, variants, etc. i just wish there was a really high quality ebook solution, something that would scale fonts, embed links within and outside the book, preserve the graphics, then we could throw away the paper, which preserves these mistakes forever.
