Many blank pages accross the book

I just opened my package with the new book order from Barnes and Noble. I was so disappointed to see that there are a lot of missing (blank) pages. Please look at the following pics:

I contacted the authors and received resolution from them. I would recommend everyone to buy this book from Amazon, and if there is any problem, please send email to the authors.
